Shipping
- Where do you ship?
- We currently ship within the United States only — all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories. International orders are not available at this time.
- How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping is completely free on every U.S. order. There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
- How long will it take to receive my order?
- Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday). Transit time: 5–10 business days. Total delivery time: 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or remote addresses.
Returns & refunds
- I received a damaged or defective product. What should I do?
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@adacares.com. Please include clear photos of the damage or defect. We'll review the case and offer a replacement or full refund, covering all return shipping costs.
- What condition must items be in to be eligible for a refund?
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all accessories, labels, and documentation included.
- Do I have to pay for return shipping?
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect products: No cost to you — we cover the return shipping. Change of mind: You will be charged the actual return shipping cost. This includes situations where the product doesn't fit, you ordered the wrong item, or you no longer want it.
- How do I start a return?
- 1. Email our customer service at info@adacares.com with your order number and a short explanation of why you want to return the product. 2. We'll review your request and send you detailed instructions, including a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
- What is your return policy?
- Customers have the right to return their purchase within 30 days of the delivery date without giving a reason. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Orders & payment
- Which payment methods do you accept?
- We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, plus Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Are taxes included?
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Any applicable state or local sales tax is included in the product price.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
- Email info@adacares.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing it and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships. Once a parcel leaves the warehouse it can't be cancelled.
