- International: Not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
- Within the United States: Free shipping on all orders.
- No hidden fees: All costs are clearly stated at checkout.
- Sales tax: All applicable state and local sales tax is included in the product price. Prices shown in U.S. dollars (USD).
Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday.
- Last Order Time: 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).
- Weekend Orders: Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
Transit Time
- Estimated Delivery Time: 5–10 business days.
- Business Days: Shipments occur Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days from purchase (processing + transit).
- Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or remote addresses (Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take longer).

Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Adacares is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Missing, Lost, or Damaged Packages
- Missing Items: Report within 7 days of delivery to info@adacares.com and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
- Lost or Stolen: If tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If confirmed lost or stolen, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
- Damaged Packages: Send photos to info@adacares.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
